Yes even with a crap eating day, I lost! Of Sometimes I swear my body needs sugar to lose. Weird to me, but I do have so many Endocrine issues. I did take the Lasix though. Just glad to be alive today! Y’all have a great day.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
