After 2 weeks of not eating right, not working out and traveling, I am back a few steps. But, now that I've moved, I joined a crossfit gym and will start cooking meals at home. Back on track!
166.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
