144.6 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1773 kcal Fat: 45.90g | Prot: 76.96g | Carb: 276.59g.   Breakfast: Limón, Miel, Pan de Grano Mixto, Requesón, Jalea (Todos los Sabores), Manzana, Fresas, Chosen Foods Chia Seeds, Leche Deslactosada. Lunch: Pop Secret Kettle Corn Popcorn, Jugo de Melon, Queso Parmesano (Rallado), Mid's Meat Sauce, McCutcheon's Sweet Pepper Relish, Sir Kensington Mustard, The Swiss Colony Honey Mustard, Just the Basics Mini Pretzels. Dinner: Encurtidos, Jugo de Naranja Recién Exprimido, Pechuga de Pollo Asada o al Horno (sin Comer la Piel). Snacks/Other: Snak Club Yogurt Nut Mix, Astro Fat Free and Low Sugar Yogurt. more...
