1960 kcal Fat: 82.47g | Prot: 88.46g | Carb: 193.23g.   Breakfast: Quaker Super Goodness Porridge - Blueberry, Cranberry & Guava, Sainsbury's Whole Milk, Yakult Yakult,  Coffee with Milk. Lunch:  Green Olives,  Canned Lobster, Ravioli with Tomato Sauce,  Anchovy (Drained Solids in Oil, Canned) , PizzaExpress Margherita Pizza. Dinner: Asda Sweet BBQ Pork Rack of Ribs, Asda Creamy Coleslaw,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other: Guinness Stout, Tesco Baby Spinach, Asda Fresh Orange Juice, Kiwi Fruit, Twix Biscuit Fingers, Jacob's Mini Cheddars Red Leicester, Kit Kat Kit Kat. more...
