I had a bad week with eating with a friends birthday party and baby shower but managed to exercise more this week.
weight - 56.5
Body fat - 22%
muscle percentage - 37.7 %

new goal - to get to 38% muscle percentage by April.
124.6 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
