March 10, 2020 weighed three times. I could not believe it. I lost 1.8 lbs over night. More importantly blood sugar this am was 111. Not bad for type 2.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
