Took Lasix and Potassium
I lost a little but need to get back to where it was and should be. I ate less calories so am sure it’s inflammation. The struggle is real! Y’all have a beautiful day!
188.8 lb Lost so far: 17.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
