I've been doing more calorie counting than exercise although I have been doing some Kinect games. I was just seeing if creating a deficit in calories alone would be enough for weight loss and so far it is.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
