I've had a really bad couple of days!! But you know what? I'm getting back on track today. I've come so far; I look great, I feel great, ALL my clothes are now huge on me! I can do this. So I'm sticking to the plan from now on. No more outside food and no more skipping gym. As a matter of fact. I'm going to get a head start on the couch to 5K challenge today!
