Another half a kilo down. That’s 1.7. In two days of eating keto !!!!
Wooooooooo freaking hoo !
Can’t wait for the seventies. 😝
177.9 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Woohoo! Way to go, Parksy! Keto is definitely effective, and gets way easier as you learn way to keto-ise things you love :D

Thanks mate Yeah loving it Loving the challenge to keto ise anything Husband not needing to lose weight at all but loving the new recipes and does feel less bloated from the lower carb meals Most of all it’s very motivating to see that god damn scale move finally Lol Be joining u in the ‘70’S club very soooooon !!! Lol
