small weight loss but scale values not looking good! Likely due to lack of tennis because of the rain.
I've gained body fat 23.3%
and loss muscle mass 37.2%
125.0 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
