Oh. My. God. FINALLY !!!!!😀
Loss of 1.2
Did first day of full on keto yesterday
And BINGO

Didn’t even make 700 calories funny enough as was purely focused on carb count not calorie count
Carbs were 20 grams
I do intermittent fasting anyway and have for a year
had a 3 egg veg omelette for lunch and was not hungry by dinner so had a very small serve of fish curry. And small veg

Dropped my daily cappuccino as it has 9 grams of carbs. So herb tea or black coffee for now
And tried to up the h2o

Hopefully this is the code I had to crack 😆
179.0 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have to say even tho early days I am not hungry Possibly due to the higher protein and no sugar spikings from no carbs ?????
