Threw my food choices out the window this past week. Ate lots of carbs and bad stuff. Celebrated a week of being 60 (didn't think I would see 30 the way I used to be!)and now its back to basics and good choices. Did not miss a workout BTW.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
