I am finally less than my start weight! It only took a month to get myself under control! Whoot Whoot! Now I've got to stay committed. I can do this! I am not going to be a fat bride!
243.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 68.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
