I am so over this bum foot! I can't do much of anything. I'm trying to do at least some ab workouts so I can get something accomplished! I would just LOVE to walk around the block, but still can't. Ugh! That means I have to starve myself even more just to make up for the lack of exercise. Once again, UGH!

Help! I have to start all over again. UGH! I tore a tendon in my foot & cannot work out. So, I've gained back the weight & more. What a bummer! It has been almost 2 months since I have been able to do any working out at all. I finally found some DVD's that have floor routines so I can get something done. I HAVE GOT to do something to get rid of the weight!

Due to withdrawl symptoms from chocolate & sugar, I have completely fallen off the wagon this week. I ended up with a 3 day long migraine from the withdrawl symptoms. I didn't care what it took to get rid of it, but the moment I had chocolate, my headache started to decrease. After this morning's indulgence, my headache is all but gone. Now that I'm back in the land of the living, I'll have to get back on the wagon.

Today is going to be a good day! It's almost Friday, I get to work out tonight and it's 4pm & I've only had 700 calories! I'm following my diet to the "T" today. I am proud of myself. I just have to remember not to blow it when I get home. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can....
