Ooops. Up 0.4kg. I refused to believe it and tried weighing again after a shower and going to the bathroom. That was even worse. Up 0.5kg. so obviously having a shower puts on weight. Should I stay dirty? Thought I was doing ok. But I won't change what I do. The theory was alternate days of 20 points and 'whatever'days. Will it work longterm? Here's hoping.
