Ooops. Up 0.4kg. I refused to believe it and tried weighing again after a shower and going to the bathroom. That was even worse. Up 0.5kg. so obviously having a shower puts on weight. Should I stay dirty?
Thought I was doing ok. But I won't change what I do. The theory was alternate days of 20 points and 'whatever'days. Will it work longterm? Here's hoping.
160.3 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
