And I'm almost back down to where I was, if ONLY I could stay there for awhile. Actually, I still need to lose 10 lbs to hit goal weight, but I'll give myself some time on that. Now for the challenge. My hubby is back on Metformin after being off meds for 2 1/2 years since his gastric sleeve surgery. He's once again arguing with me about how many carbs a day he should have. I made dinner last night, a bit of chicken & pasta with broccoli & added a zucchini to bulk up the veggie count. It was about 28 carbs per serving, and I know he wouldn't eat a whole serving. But he complained about the carbs, and how that's too many & he doesn't like zucchini, blah blah blah.... I know what will happen, he'll cut the carbs to the bone for a few days, then go on a carb binge. I'm at a point where I'm ready to let him fend for himself & I'll just cook for ME! Go on a Lean Cuisine TV dinner diet or something, maybe?
145.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
