I have spent a long, long time trying to figure out what exercise I can stand, and I think I may have figured it out. I hope I can keep up this pace! or even half this pace, and i'll probably be on to something. already worked out for one hour and 45 minutes today, don't think i'm going to bother with intervals before bed. It helps that I've been kinda bored lately. I better not buy Civilization V, or I might blow my plan!! hehe

p.s. the rapid weight loss is because my last weigh-in was a week before I actually signed up for the site, and I'm using a different scale now.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
