Slow and stead decline. My eating yesterday was pretty good. In addition to what I posted, I also had 4 hard boiled egg whites around 9:30 pm. I didn't want to go to bed hungry. I'm not sure that I was actually hungry or if I just wanted to eat because I was up so late. I also had about 15 pieces of candy corn during the day yesterday. We went on a field trip with my son, and he had candy corn. heh. He always wants to share with mommy, and mommy usually can say no, but come on, it's candy corn!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
