I am lowering my goal weight. I feel like I could reach this. I am walking 1-2 miles a day and doing at least half an hour of yoga. Getting used to the reduced food. I miss late night carbs!
116.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thats a good strategy to gradually lower goal weight. I find it more motivating to reach small targets along the way rather than trying to head for the main event. But I keep the ultimate goal in mind. Keeps me honest!

carbs are the killer for weight, I know myself. Great to eat though....
