well, I am up to 900-1000 cal a day by adding cereal with fiber to my breakfast, and a small piece of bread (whole wheat) or cornbread to one of my meals. I stay completely stuffed. all instructions from the doctor prior to being fully healed were to "stop eating at the FIRST sign of being A LITTLE full." And I am gaining weight. *Sigh* I suppose my body is still in starvation mode and is now restocking on depleted energy stores. however, this kind of sucks.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
