Well, it doesn't surprise me. Dinner last night was over 800 calories. The fat was super low, but the carbs were super high (over 100 carbs). *sigh* Oh well, tomorrow will be better.. and Friday will be even better! Today's menu is already planned out. I WILL stick to it!
241.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
