This may look very bad since my last recorded weight was 145 but it’s actually good because I have been in major relapse with bad eating and I had gone up to 153!!?!?!? So I am very grateful to be below 150 again!!! It took no eating most of the day yesterday. A good fast is probably a good plan. Hopefully will get back into better eating and restarting regular exercise. Man oh man. I know I’ll feel better. My stomach has been feeling horrible!!! Why do I do this to myself? Onward! I’ve got this!!
