When I weighed myself this morning it said I was 197 lb. In reality I think I'm more like 199 lb as you always weigh less in the morning. I cheated yesterday big time oh boy. I have a small fried chicken leg oh how i couldn't pass it up. My guy had carl's jr for breakfeast adn I had a bite of his sandwich. I went to the health store and brought some tea.I'm go back to the health store today and get this green tea blueberry slim tea.
