It's frustrating to be so "good" and not see bigger results. I'm going to keep plugging away at it. I need to be better on my husband's days off, too. I still exercise and keep track of everything I eat, but that's when we'll end up eating out once, or having a few drinks. I need to be stronger and hopefully it will rub off on him, as he needs to follow a healthier lifestyle too.
