Its working.. Whatever im doing its working, pretty rapidly too, very happy so far. Im eating good, everything i eat is amazing and healthy. Cba doing the food diary thing its the same few things every other day anyway loads of fruits and veg, no sugar, no dairy (eggs though) and chicken quite often. With frequent trips to the gym (no cardio tho) might speed up the weight loss but im in no rush!
