I'm back to 240.5! YAY! IF I can stay on track this week, I know I'll see 240 on Friday (my 100 lb mark)! I think I just kind of gave up on myself momentarily before. *sigh* Back into the swing of things though, now!
240.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
