Boo! Recording a gain- but it will be temporary! As soon as the scale goes down I will list that! I think I am looking leaner am and working out hard, so it could be some muscle gain too. I weighed in with clothes and shoes at the gym scale yesterday and was 142 there with everything on. So, I would be a little lighter then on mine if that was right. Whatever, I just need to watch the eating and I can get this down. This is apparently my body's comfortable weight, so going down from here will be a fight for it. Those 130's are calling my name though, so I would finally like to get there again! Have a healthy day my FS friends, and live your life well!
