It’s like my scale has super freakin glue in it !
Stuck completely on 81.9.
No matter what I do. Or don’t do
Off to Parkrun so the battle continues

180.6 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How is your daily water intake? For me personally I found the more I drink the more weight I lose. I aim for 5 litres a day 💪🏼 When I drink only 2 litres I lose no weight. Water is my weight lose medicine 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Water intake I think is good as I do intermittent fasting and don’t eat till 12 midday. So I drink a lot in the morning I could possibly drink more in the afternoon. Only trouble with that is I then eat less as there’s only so much room in there. Lol And eating less is my problem. Bit of a catch 22 ? I don’t think I could fit in 5 litres. Would spend the day in the loo. Lol Will give drinking more than I do a go tho Thank you for your advice. 😀👍

5 litres a day for you would be a huge overkill, For me being 50kg heavier than you my body loves it. Seems like you do a lot of exercise maybe try increase your intake by 10%-20%

I'm the oposit. ... I can't drink a lot of water, get very nauseous if I drink more than 2 lt. I also don't sweat much, keep water in. When I was in training in the Army a 500 ml would last me a whole day lol! I noticed when I cut out cars, all sugar and low on dairy, I loose quicker. Kind of like keto with a lot of cheats in between. Intermediate fasting works for me, I do 16:8. Hang in there it will come down, don't loose focus! Have a great and fun day 😊

Thank u. Yes I do 16:8 Low to no carb NO sugar at all No dairy And it’s just stuck there. Very frustrating

Parkrun is great! Good positive vibe and soo many motivated people. Just got under 30mins and body doing work on the calories! If anyone else hasn't do so already, I recommend you check it out.

Under 30 at Parkrun is super good Hungtu. Well done. Yes it’s a great motivator to beat ur time each week. Recommend to people to push yourself a little bit each week

Hahhaha my brother got me into it and now I want my red shirt. As for getting under 30, we both know now we have to make it under 25. Consistency and being near positive people will allow us to achieve our goals. Going to keep trying to spread the positive vibes.
