Yesterday was not so good. I ate out with the family and piged out on bbq and fries....also had a pineapple fritter bite. Today i will get back on the wagon.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
