At lunch, I am changing from Carnation Breakfast Essentials and Vanilla soy milk to Orgain Vegan Protein powder. Less expensive, but also I’ll be saving 480 calories and all that sugar and salt. This will really help with my inflammation. I will be adding back the 150 calories from the Orgain protein,but it’s still much better all the way around. I got the Vanilla bean and simply mixed in water. Tastes great. Not much aftertaste.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
