ugh...2 lbs...I had a wedding in VA over the weekend...8 hr drive Friday...8hr drive Sunday...stayed up way to late...no time to drink water all weekend = feeling a little puffy...
213.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
