I travelled home for Easter weekend and over celebrated. It's a horrid habit to eat whatever when we get together. Not a good way to start this challenge with a gain. Time to be good. Only mini-challenge is to drink water... which is harder for me than to exercise.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.2 lb a week
