when i got on the scale this morning and i weighed 198 lbs before i went to bed last night i was 200 lbs. I know you are usally lighter in the mornings so i will weight again this evening after my daily activies..
I did cheat yesterday as I ate a few chips while making my boyfriend's lunch they were sooooooooooooooo tasty.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
