I had a very pleasant weigh in this morning. YAY me! I owe it all to eating well yesterday. I was proud of myself for not slipping up yesterday as I had almost the entire week before. *sigh* On the right track again.. YES.. yes, I am! I have to be.
241.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
