okay I haven't been on "my diet" for the entire month of march...it is now april and I have begun again, and just three days in feel btter than I have in a long time. Old habits are hard to break - I am going to get under 250 again very soon and hope to be in the 230's in may. So maybe under 200 by the end of summer...I love that it is lighter out earlier and longer now - I think my new focus should be cleaning out the old in both the inside and the outside of my life, so there will be room for the new to come in.
