Finally. The entire week was creeping up and down between 211.4 and 212.8. Annoying as crap. Finally started to break this morning. Upped my fat yesterday big-time so whether that helped the break or not...I think the bounce was due to the taco seasoning (and truthfully, I wanted it so much that I kinda didn't care). I need to make my own seasoning that doesn't include the starch. Working on that recipe this week. Made an unsatisfying ribeye last night - grill gas died so did it in the oven but even under broil, COMPLETELY not the same. So sad. Ate it anyway.
Crossing fingers for a fairly quiet catch-up week after last week's craziness. Finished and gave my presentation with good feedback. Have 3 more in the wings that need to be done but 3 weeks until the next one so I can breathe a little. Have my food plans in place for at least the next few days so shouldn't be a hard week for that, hopefully.
