I started the hcg diet. For the 1st two days I get to eat all the bad food that i want. For the next 21 days ( 3 weeks) i will be on a strict 500 cal diet. Basically haveing tea for breakfast, orange or 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast snack. Lunch handful of spinach,cabbage,or cucumbers with fish,chicken tenders skinless, snow crabs, shrimp,lobster, beef.( meat without fat) Another fruit for evening snack and the same for dinner as for lunch. then the next three weeks I will slowly increase my cal intake to maybe 100. I don't eat much as is so i will still eat the same types of food.HOPEFULLY this goes well for me as it has for those i have seen do this diet. I am doing the pellets others i know did the drops.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
