No exercise this morning but will make up for it over the weekend. I've been eating really well this week and continuing a lowfat and low salt plant-based diet. I will be on a business trip all next week and hope to keep this up. The challenge will be that I won't be able to prepare my own food but I figure that if I can stick with salads and possibly carry my own dressing, I'll stick with the plan.
