No loss this week which is a disappointment considering I was at the doctor yesterday and it looks like I may have to get a hip replacement. The proviso is that I will have to lose weight first!
268.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
