I am up .2 this week. I weighed in at a different meeting time then I normally do (9am verses noon), so I want to blame it on that and the fact that I usualy work out before weighing in, didnt today. The only factors that could have contributed this week was that I ate dessert after dinner every night. The points were within my budget, but it ment I was eating later in the evening, closer to bedtime. I really been trying to stay ontop of myself recently. Ive been tracking everything and measuring. I am really starting to get discourged. I eat well, work out hard, track, drink my water, take my vitamens, get enough sleep, and what happends...or what doesnt happen I should say, I dont loose weight! UGH! I feel like my body just does not want to let got of these last few pounds, weather I stuff my face or starve myself..somethings gotta give? I just dont understand why it was so much easier to loose the intial weight, and now trying to get a couple more off is a nightmare!
