My Boyfriend said is my ultimate source of support this morning he sent me a text

" Discipline is the strongest form of self-love. It's ignoring current pleasures for bigger rewards to come. It's loving yourself enough to give yourself everything you've ever wanted."

I really needed to hear this its been a rough week for me and my weight loss journey
147.7 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
