I plan is to weigh in every five days first thing in the morning.
Interesting thing I found out. Wearing clothes and shoes adds a little over 7 pounds to my weight 😂
179.1 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
