My first plateau I had to raise my calories up for a while.

That just seems too scary to do lol. But you are probably right, because I’m around 1.2k a day and should be at 1600

I was eating 1100-1200 a day average. When I raised it only by about 200-300 calories a day I started losing again.

You should never drop down to 700! Plateaus of less than a week are normal. Remember it’s a marathon not a sprint :)

Up the activity levels!! I’m plateauing myself and it’s super frustrating. I think a good sweat sesh will help. But 700 cals is too low if you’re working out. Best of luck

I found that for me if I go too low on my calories I will actually gain. it's like my body thinks it is starving. I ate over my calories a couple times to try to break the plateau....it must have worked because I then started going down again. Most importantly try to just push through and keep up the good work.

Your body must dispose of fat deposits through a series of complicated metabolic pathways. The byproducts of fat metabolism leave your body: As water, through your skin (when you sweat) and your kidneys (when you urinate). As carbon dioxide, through your lungs (when you breathe out) Knowing that it leaves your body when you breathe out means that the more you can move the more you can lose weight. Think about it and try to move more if you can and you don't have a medical condition that prevents you from doing so.

Patience babe! What Tina n Tito say!!!!! You can get this done! This is just the beginning but one of your blessings in the days ahead is that soon you will be advising others on what you know first hand what worked for you! It’s a shedding marathon! You can do it! 😇
