I felt low blood pressure.
And I decided to have extra volume of food this past weekend. So I intentionally rested, ate fruit, high carb, and ate well.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
