Raeliss's Journal, 09 February 2020

For at, least 30 years, I have been craving junk food, sneaking food, and generally using food a a comfort. Today, after almost three months of not having refined sugar (in any real amount), I no longer want it. I no longer sneak it. I finally feel my relationship with food has shifted to a healthier place. I know I've a long way to go, but I feel healthy. I feel alive!

Have also been a food addict for as long as I can remember , but I’m sure with lots of support we can beat it 😊

I agree, hawaii - we can! I have been using an app called "deVicer" which has daily videos on Food Addiction, and I have found this really helpful. It's a 90-day plan to recover from Food Addiction (I'm on day 57, yay), but the Community is pretty inactive, so I just go there to track my progress and watch my daily video.

I definitely will have a look at that app deVicer . Even watching videos can be very helpful . I watch a few people on YouTube doing the keto diet while I’m on the treadmill 😊
