Weight same. No budging it
Ate 978 cals yesterday. Exercised for one hour
Only ate salad for lunch and 10 rice crackers for a snack
Salad and 6 prawns 🍤 for dinner with two bits of salt pepper squid 🦑
Maybe just a lettuce 🥬 leaf today ????

181.9 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have the same problem and then ask myself do I have to starve to lose weight? 😜

sometimes eating too little causes your body to store/ hold on to fat reserves.

I get that but your body can’t hold on forever. It has to give it up eventually. Otherwise anorexics etc would never get too thin 😳

Hang in there it’s ridiculous isn’t it. I am same weight same ridiculous calorie restriction eating high protein low carb but also low fat under guidance. Hate black coffee but now like it because it makes you not hungry. We have to kick into ketosis soon and the weight should then fall off.?!!
