Wow! Since I haven't been keeping track, I realize that is a major downfall for me. Been tempted by too many sweets and I'm not really big on sweets. Have started jogging more & doing a little weight training with more brisk walking. But, definitely not getting enough strenuous exercise. I have gained about 4 lbs in the last couple months. But, I want to get back on track to reach my goal!!!
