I just got home from a cruise on Saturday. . . I gained a total of 12 pounds on the cruise, but it's coming off quickly. I've lost 3 pounds since Sunday morning when I weighed first. I didn't drink enough water on the cruise and of course, there's always food around. I knew I would gain and I'm back on track this week to get rid of the weight I gained back and keep losing more.
