Starting to doubt that I can ever be 61 kg again. I think a more realistic goal is to keep my body fat under 33%, and BMI under 24. Which means never being over a size 14. I am currently a size UK 12.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Weight isn't the only part of it. If you're happy with how you look, and if you can incorporate weight training, then you can really change how you look, even if your weight doesn't change. Do your best and you'll be okay!

Weight training...yes! I am never happy with my waist circunference which is why I undergo ilipo treatment once a year. Ilipo really melts the lard; it is incredible! I so wish kettlebells did not bore me to death though. My workout passion is dancing on the treadmill 2/3 times a week for 1 hour. I am a treadmill pro! Ask anyone at Energy Fulham.
